The staff especially Annie. I would like to thank her for her exceptional service, compassion and knowledge. Nothing was too much .. Also the manager in the restaurant who made me feel welcome every morning. The room was spacious, great beds and pillows and lovely views.

Great location. Good sized room. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. Lovely big shower.

Room was spacious, new and clean. Beds were very comfortable and shower was fantastic. Sound proofing was exceptional. Great location. Would stay again.

Great area. Was a nice hotel. The staff were nice. Not bubbly and enthusiastic. Polite. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Soaps and shampoo were beautiful. Smelt divine. Were given a drinks voucher when took glass to show them what was on the carpet.

Very comfortable, great location. Right in the middle of the revitalised Fortitude Valley. Close to restaurants and cafes. Rydges also offers great in house dining and bars. Carparking, while an extra cost is very reasonable and convenient - next door. Nice views over the Ekka Grounds but close to Victoria Park and Valley if you want to go for a walk. Buffet Breakfast was great and comprehensive. Staff are very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommend it. Great value.

Bed was comfortable but a shame the bottom sheet was not big enough to be tucked in to prevent it bunching up. The room was nice but very dark (black carpet, dark built ins, dark curtains) Access to parking was good.

I really love how close the hotel is to everything in Fortitude Valley which was perfect for me since I wanted something close to the night-life. The beds were absolutely lovely and soft as well as extremely comfortable and the pool was heated which was a nice surprise when I went for a swim on Sunday. Also, I really like just how affordable the hotel was for a 3 night stay for me and I'm looking forward to whenever I next book with Rydges hopefully soon.
